Bitcoin reaches $10,000 for the first time

There’s no stopping Bitcoin it seems. This Tuesday, 28 November, 2017, around 18:30 UK time, bitcoin has reached for the first time the symbolic value of $10,000 in some exchanges, according to Markets Insider.

One Bitcoin was worth $7300 on November 2, and then passed the $8000 mark on November 20. In six months, the value has gone up from $1,000 in April to $10,000 currently.

Will the Bitcoin bubble burst?

Bitcoin could be at $40,000 at the end of 2018. It easily could, Ethereum, which I think just touched $500 or is getting close, could be triple where it is as well.

It is very possible that this rise continues: a Wall Street analyst has recently raised his predictions for bitcoin, which he sees go up at least to $11,500 in the month of December. Another investor bets on the threshold of $40,000 by the end of 2018.

Ethereum the second largest cryptocurrency has also risen significantly in the past month, hitting it’s record high of $493.40 on Monday, 27 November.
